I just got my ultrasonic cleaner and was wondering if you can throw in multiple things with your bracelet or will they shake around and risk scratching with the vibrations?

does the watch not scratch from the bottom plate of the cleaner?

Some cleaners comes with a plastic basket that sets on top of the metal bin — that seems to work to avoid any metal on metal rubbing.

I use a basic jewelry solution — it works well for bracelets. Here’s hoping many years in the future they will suffer less “stretch.”

It does. That's why most commercial ultrasonic cleaners that watch brands use are used with case and bracelet holders that are rubberised, for cleaning after polishing.

And in the same time they warn you in the manual that the usage of the plastic will lower the efficiency. Or at least mine says that and does this. :smokin:

Could be.
I'm not going to place a watch on the bottom after I've just spent hours polishing it.

That's another aspect. But if I understand well, this case it's not a problem at all, as you don't need a high performance, because you only clean up the remaining polishing material and metal residues from your watch :smokin:

Try removing polishing paste with dish soap and a consumer ultrasonic cleaner.:chuckle:

Whatever you do don’t put your complete watch in the ultrasonic like someone here already mentioned. :thumbsdow
