Ok....... I am engaged and completely astonished by this cigar. Such a "cheap" name!
Playboy by Don Diego: Hefner Signature! I HATE the fact that it has Playboy in the name, but this cigar is one of the best I have tried this week! Silky smooth with many hints of oak, earthy fern and twig, with the slightest hint of burberry. Easily inhaleable if you are the least inclined. The finish is as good as any I have tried, which disturbs me in the extreme. My suspicions is that this cigar is a one off, but will now have to purchase at least a couple more to determine my level of reality on this one. But for now.... IT IS SO GOOD!!! My ONLY complaint is that is burns just the slightest bit unevenly. Launched in the fall of 1996 at a grand celebrity event held at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills, the Playboy by Don Diego cigar is now available in the United States at select retail tobacconists. http://www.bonitasmokeshop.com/PlayboySC.gif |

Richard, I may have to check it out. It's been a while since I had a pleasing cigar, mostly I miss when it comes to picking them at random.

Right now:
Romeo y Julieta 1875 Anniversario! Very mild. More than expected! Rather sweet, but not too much so. Hint of earthy oak. This is my best so far this week! No matter how far or how hard, it stays mild......! http://www.thompsoncigar.com/product...36/pc/8335.uts |
