I need a QR code for the authenticator app to get working? Where is it? Thanks!

At the top left of the TRF web page there is a link 'User CP', tap that and then down the left side of the page look for 'Two-Factor Authentication.' After you scan the QR code you will be presented with several access numbers, save these to use in case you lose or break your phone.
