cleaning band

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to clean and polish the band of a date just? Dirt and grime has built up between the links. Is it worth it to try and clean it myself or do I have to take the 500$ plunge and bring it to the dealer?

Thanks

Some liquid hand soap and a soft tooth brush[or teeth brush as we say in KY:chuckle:], then a good rinse.
Make sure the crown is screwed down first!

If you have an espresso machine at home, you can hold the bracelet under the steam jet and clean it very well. It gets all of the dirt and grime out of the smallest crevices.

Your AD won't steam-clean it for you for free?
