No it's not, it's matte black.

The dial cannot differ, with another treatment or finish!
I would say that it is simply our human perception, depending on brightness, reflections or viewing angles.
Often I don't see that it's matte, but it's not that it's not.
In any case, it's an incredible watch.
Much more character, male hormones and assets than a Sub that we meet more often.
