You don't.
Not through an AD at any rate. Rolex does not allow the sale of watch parts for watches they are not meant for. Even at an RSC, old parts must be exchanged.
RUSA is much tougher than in other countries but Rolex is cracking down.
Some private dealers may be able to source one...but expect to pay - quite a bit.
