New SS Daytona owner here!

So I walked into my local AD today and asked if they had any SS Daytonas, thinking there was no chance. To my surprise, they had BOTH the black and the white dial SS Daytonas in their vault! The newest V series with the new clasp too! I couldn't resist... I brought home the white and absolutely it! Such a cool watch! Some quick & dirty pics after bringing her home and unwrapping all the stickers...

Congratulations!!! Very nice watch.

By the way, they sold you a wrong Daytona, or did you not tell them that you wear your watch on your right wrist?

Beautiful. Congratulations!!! I have had mine only a few weeks. Almost the same experience that you are sharing. Wanted to buy the green Sub and casually asked about the Daytona. They had the white dial 'only', which was my choice anyways and therefore the beginning of a happy relationship! I guess Mr. Kermit is still on the shopping list

Let’s sticky this for all those who ask or say that stainless steel Daytonas have always been hard to get and waitlisted.

I think even op is acknowledging that this seemed like a coincidence that they had both. Whilst I cannot say that they aways had wait lists but I had never seen a steel daytona in windows since I got in to watches (from around 2009). Even now where I live, steel daytonas dont make the exhibition windows :D
