Value for 32xx on time-graphs…
Quick question. I just bought a timeograph. What would be the right lift angle to put in, and what should be the amplitude on a problem free 32xx movement (about?)
Thanks |

Lift angle is 53. Here's the whole rabbit hole: www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=786299

After a full wind? I'd hope for closer to 300. But I only have a passing interest in this issue. Ask the guys in that thread, they'll get back to you quite promptly.

I get this…
So, this is my 2022 SUB ND. Not 300 - but still ok?
Edit - amp is 284 now. |

Looks ok but there's various things to consider like time since full wind, measuring position, etc. If that's after a full wind and dial up, I guess it's ok for a 32xx.

All good then. I'd check it again after 24 hours and 48 hours (off the wrist of course) and see those numbers. But again, the main thread linked to above will have better info than me.

Well now your problems will start afraid timegraphers can and often will be a new Rolex owners worst enemy.Just wear and enjoy wearing your watch in good health now that's far more important than constant measurements on these machine timegraphers.

Yes, agree. I just don’t have the energy to go through all of these threads. But in general - after 12/24 hours you should expect a lower amplitude - yes?

For some yes thank god I am not one of them in well over 50 years of owning and wearing Rolex watches from the 10,12,15,30,31,and 32 series movements .Never felt the need to check or use timegrapers or timing apps, thank god my life was never ran to the exact daily second.

Yes, the amplitude will drop over time. The amplitude will also be different from a horizontal to a vertical position. |
