My wrist is roughly 6.5-6.8 inches in circumference. It's thin, but I'm pretty tall for an Asian (6'1") so I prefer watches 40mm+. The 3-link bracelet on the Speedmaster 3861 is comfortable and nicely conforms to the wrist. It also has a micro-adjustment mechanism which comes in handy. Hope this helps.
