5226 - new model?

Hi everyone

The 5226G is a couple of years old by now. Do you think Patek Philippe will introduce a new variation at some point?

It would make sense to expand this design since the 5226G is a popular model. However, I just don't see much that can be changed design/color wise - or is my imagination too limited?!

I will probably get one sooner rather than later, but it's my distinct nightmare that Patek will later come up with a variation in steel and with a green strap...

Any thoughts on this are greatly appreciated!

Agreed.. Such a great reference. I was fortunate to get one last year... It gets lots of wrist time and I love wearing it daily . A rose gold version would be amazing.

Great question. While it's only speculation, if they were to expand the line, I could see an R version making its way to the line up.
