Incoming 5330g World Time - first Patek

Super excited with World Time 5330 as my first Patek.

Perfect size watch for a small to medium wrist. Usually I like dials which are not too busy. Some how this doesn’t feel too crowded even with a date ring, two layers of cities, 24 hr clock ring and a carbon patten in the middle.

Best of all is the simplicity of timezone change with the clicker on the 10 o’clock.

Hard to get coolers in that. One of the busiest, most intriguing, compelling dials on the planet

Congratulations, still a rare bird to see. I suspect the different colors play very interestingly with the way the different parts are treated. Enjoy it well!

Congrats! Love the World Timers from Patek. What a quintessential complication that is PP.

And this one is a great step in its long lineage.

I tried this on at the Patek salon in Geneva last month. It was an awesome watch, and I actually loved the denim strap. Congratulations and enjoy it!

Congrats! Noticing Patek more and more recently venturing out more on dials and straps which is great to see, the denim strap here looks very cool

I haven't seen this piece in person. I am considering buying a 5230P, but many people told me to wait for this piece. I just want to hear people's opinions.

I vote the 5230p. The bright crispness and weightiness of the platinum case. The stunning, perfectly blue and hand-applied circular guilloché dial. The case size and thinness is a plus in my eyes. Plus a very short run of this reference.

What he said.

The 5230P is going to be a classic. Such a beautiful watch.

Does it mean the world timer will only be released with date or chrono?

I would assume that the current form of the 5330G will probably have a shorter production period given the denim look will be very dated in 2 years time?

One of the most sneakily underrated watches of the last 5 years or so.

I'd be surprised to see a new plain WT reference w/o date (or chrono) any time soon. The 5330 is here to stay for a long time I think but I have no clue when the G denim look will be replaced. In the past the final P variants often had the shortest production runs of 1 or 2 years, thinking 5170P or 5230P, for example.
