Somehow spotted this thread on TRF scrolling through and I am here to bump as well

These guys are POS

Tried contacting them inquiring about a couple watches, only for them to force me through their website *only*, you get 50 warnings do not proceed until ready to wire, no problem fellas I'm wire ready, so I do that and go through the checkout process only for them to follow up and let me know they don't have the watch, when telling me on the phone in 5 seconds would have sufficed

Not only that, whoever I spoke to on the phone after was a complete jackass... I don't care if their prices are 50% cheaper, there are far far better dealers to work with

0 customer service, they act like they are doing you the favor, who the hell are these guys? God damn

Wow…had them tee’d and ready to pull the trigger on a pretty big purchase as well. Came here to research legitimacy - glad I did. On to the next.

They have good Google reviews and have someone removing the bad ones. Always a good reminder to make sure their reviews are up to date.

I called them and they were by far the rudest unprofessional company I ever dealt with. The guy cussed me out because I asked to see more pics of the watch. They only posted one. He said “bleeping buy it or not. If you want customer service go buy a hooker.” Whatever that meant. Stay far far away from them.
