Couple of incomings

I don’t really know what I was thinking. I’ve wanted to pick up a Titanium Yachtmaster, but that’s unobtainium for me right now. I liked the GMT when I first saw it, but I have no use for a GMT function and it complicates setting the date. That said, I really do love the GRNR, so what the heck. I had a choice between jubilee or oyster; I preferred the oyster. It just seems a little cleaner in looks. I’ve admired the Tudor Pelagos for a while now and it’s a decent alternative to the Yachtmaster Titanium, so I went for it. The Pelagos 39 is a tad small on my fat 8” wrist, but I preferred the thinner case of the 39 as compared to the standard Pelagos. So far really enjoying both, though I’m wearing the Pelagos more. Adding these two to a collection of other Rolex, couple of Cartier Santos and an old Omega Speedmaster.

This is interesting, because both of these are on my radar for my next two.

Close to getting the Pelagos, my AD is just waiting for the call. I've been all hot and bothered about getting a Root Beer, but since the GRNR came out, I've been rethinking that.

Congrats on both. Did you get both from AD, or grey?

Congratulations x2! Those are 2 awesome pieces. I have a GMT and the P39 and it is all day comfortable. I think they are a solid 2 watch collection.

Nice work. I own the P39 and it is in my weekly rotation. Absolutely love the light weight. I tried on the new GMT and pics don’t do it justice. It’s a stunner.

Double congrats, great pair! In the same boat as you...kinda...the YM Titanium is unobtainable from AD but I like the Pelagos 39 and the GRNR (but would pick that on Jubilee). Wear in good health!
