I recall being in contact with him immediately after his initial tourb was announced a few years ago and then being offered on a year or so later for maybe 60-80k? He definitely improved the watch and there should be a lower price for people who buy in early. Regardless I like his style if a bit generic French. Better to be classic and generic than noveau and crap.

The Souscription was priced at EUR 85,000 and typically a watchmaker's souscription edition is priced lower to help him kick-start his business. I like the aesthetics but not a fan of the 15.5mm dome in the Souscription. That's why I am so drawn to the Atelier which at 39mm and 12mm housing a tourbillon, an ideal watch for me.

Yes much prefer the dimensions of the current iteration.
