1967 Omega Speedmaster 105.012-66 CB Extract, Serviced.

Hi,

I'm pleased to offer an Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012-66CB.

This watch was serviced and refinished in 2023 and is pristine condition. Watchmaker is Omega trained and supplied with genuine Omega parts, and their refinishing work is top tier.

CASE: Expertly refinished Central Boites case, trademark facet lines are intact and sharp. Single step caseback shows light fade on Hippocampus engraving, original crown and short/fat pushers. Crytal was replaced during service, and original is included.

DIAL: Excellent condition stepped dial with applied metal logo and long tritium indices. Dial body color is black with a touch of grey. Lume is largely intact and has developed a nice pale yellow patina. Tritium hands show minimal lume loss.

BEZEL: Excellent condition Dot over 90 bezel with slight brown fade and faint chipping around 4 o'clock and 6 o'clock. Tiny ding in outer ring between 75 and 80.

MOVEMENT: Omega calibre 321 was serviced in late 2023 and is in excellent running condition. 24534481 serial number is in correct range for -66.

BRACELET: Full length Omega 1039 with #16 endlinks was refinished during service and is in excellent condition. Clasp closes crisply and is stamped 3rd quarter 1967.

ACCESSORIES: Service papers and Extract of the Archives showing production on March 29, 1967 and delivery to Jamaica.

NOTES:

-Watch was originally purchased by me from an estate sale, and I believe it to be all original

-I live in New Zealand where shipping is challenging, but I am travelling to the US in the beginning of October. I will be able to ship via Fedex fully insured with Parcel Pro in the first week of October.

-Even with a Pahawi opener, I am unable to open the case. This is consistent with other Speedmasters I've had serviced by this watchmaker. I may be able to try again with the aid of a proper case holder/vice once I'm stateside.

Asking $16,500 USD shipped
Wire Only. No returns unless watch is not genuine Omega. Plenty of references.
Any questions please PM or grantweber AT gmail DOT com

Thank you,
-GW
