16014 - 16234 dial swap?

I know the movements are different 3035 vs 3151 ..just not sure if thr dial and or hand sets are able to be swapped

I did it between the two models you mentioned.... 16014 and 16234. By the way the movement on 16234 is 3135 caliber.

Both the 3135 and the 3035 are regularly serviced. 3135s are considered "Modern," and 3035s are considered "Classic."

The dials and hands are functionally interchangeable. Rolex, however, will not service a watch if it has a component not intended for that model; they will likely give you an estimate that requires replacing the incorrect component.

Here's the good news for you - the current dial lists for both of these models share most of their dials. If these models came in, and I had to replace the dials, I would have predominately the same list of dials to give to the customers.

Now, this does not mean that you can do a 1:1 swap (according to Rolex). I believe that the dials originally manufactured for the 3035s were phased out, and the replacements were just what was available for the 3135s. This means that I believe you can install a 3135 dial on a 3035, but not a 3035 dial on a 3135 necessarily.
