No brainer man. Omega os always better than panerai. And yet i still wear panerai almost daily.

Given your existing collection I would definitely go the panerai route. I actually just put a new strap on mine and wore it a ton over the summer. They are a unique wearing experience in my opinion. No brand has the same feel.
