Agreed. Really enjoying the stealthy look and lightness of ceramic/titanium. Cheers!

Well I have the rubber but without the Moonshine panda

No this is the only Moonwatch I have. And I have both the bracelet and strap.

That’s right.

I remember you (and me) being pretty ga-ga over a slew of moonshine incomings a few months back.

They are around 20k pre owned.

A white dial is about $8700 after typical tax.

I seriously can’t decide whether to buy a new white speedy or just keep saving for another year or so (ya, I don’t make heaps of $) and go all in with a moonshine in like new condition. (Which is tremendous value IMO, especially compared to it’s rival in the mid 30’s)

I was/am sort of in the same boat. My long term plan is to still eventually get a Moonshine but on bracelet. But I'm not there yet. Maybe when I retire I'll get it. The full gold is creeping down to the 30 range now. Anyway if and when I decide to go that route I'll trade the white dial towards it. But for now I'm more than happy with keeping this one. Good luck with your decision. The white dial is really impressive and I think you'll be very happy with it even if it's just a place holder for a gold one down the road.

Cheers man. The full gold bracelet is mesmerizing. I’ve seen the green dial at 30k in damn near unworn condition.

My issue with buying the white dial first is the depreciation. I just sold a 2021 3861 sapphire and boy, I didn’t get near what I thought. Ended up selling for about 4k. I assume a white dial will eventually be the same. I think if I decide to go moonshine, I’ll just forgo the placeholder to avoid the hit.

The moonshine panda is literally my IPad wallpaper lol.

I hear ya. If I was 100% sure I was going to get the MS I would just wait and save up. But even at $30K that's a lot of money! And I wonder if I would be hesitant to wear a gold watch. I don't want to buy one just to leave in my safe. As for trade-in value, no doubt you take a hit on any Speedy you buy at retail. That's just the nature of the game unfortunately. I decided I didn't want to wait so I bought pre-owned for basically the price you quoted. So far I really enjoy it and it's extremely comfortable. If nothing else, now I know the MS would fit me well. We shall see.

Good luck. If that's the one you want I would say save up and hold out for a bit longer. Prices may come down from $20 even, and it does look amazing on the strap.
