I see so many datejust. I have seen a good amount of pandas. Only a few OF watches. I have only ever seen one modern Pepsi and that was at a Rolex AD while a Customer was picking it up. Have seen a few good Batman’s too.

The first pic is great! It makes the Pepsi look very rich.

There was a time when I owned both watches. The BLRN, bought in 2018 and worn almost every day for four years, and the BLRO, bought in 2022, which started to replace the Batman on my wrist. I ended up selling the BLNR and the BLRO replaced it as my EDC. I bought a few other watches in the meantime, so the Pepsi isn't as worn out after two years of use as the Batman, which I wore out for a few years as my main everyday watch. I guess that explains it...

It's Fall in the Ozarks and my BLRO is on my wrist where it belongs. I don't own any safe queens.

I wear my BLRO regularly but have not seen any in the wild. I do see though the BLNR & know of a couple of people that owns it.

I switch between my BLRO and white dial Daytona as my dailies….both getting equally beaten up. certainly not scared of a scratch or two (or more)

Reason: I see the 16750 as a true workhorse piece, it's thinner, lighter, more wearable, and far less valuable money-wise so I'm not afraid to scuff or scratch it at all. (Just got mine back from Rolliworks for a service, refresh and bracelet restoration in fact.)

My 6-digit is too large and flashy IMO. Terrified to scratch it, and don't really like wearing it anyway.

I also get regular compliments on my 5-digit; I have never gotten one on my six.

I would imagine many people who have both feel the same way I do, so the 5-digits go on all the adventures while the sixes sit in the safe.
If I’m out of town I’m wearing my 16750 or 16610 normally. Usually wear the 126710BLRO or 116500 when I know where I’m going and most of the folks there. That’s not 100% of the time but often I lean that way. I tend to wear the ceramic Pepsi to the beach every time so I break my own tendency also.
Work trip to Chicago and later in a bar, I’ll have the vintage Pepsi on for sure.

Nice. Do you prefer one over the other?

My wife took my BLRO off me in 2020 and has worn it every singe day since. It’s her daily wearer, which I really love to see.

She does get frequent compliments on it.

I put my blnr on a blue Everest which changes the personality up enough to make having both worth it. The blro is on jubilee. Honestly, I prefer the color way of the blro by a large margin, but on the rubber the blnr feels a lot more sporty. They both serve their purpose. Also used to have a 6 digit Exp2. I felt proportions on that watch were all off. Would like to fill that void with a Black Bay Pro.

I wear my BLRO in rotation. I ditched the BLNR since I found it to be too surplus to my collection’s requirements and too similar to the BLRO.
