Omega Stainless Steel Ring

Hey guys. Not sure if anyone here got one of these too.

First one was a gift from my wife on a trip to NYC in 2010 but I didn't wear that much because of the size but one day I decided to give it a try and I was hooked.

I thought it was time to get another one but I didn't know if they still existed in the catalogue almost fifteen years later, so I called the Omega boutique close to home and to my surprise not only they still make them but they had two 58 size avaliable so I went there and got both. One to wear on the other hand and a third one to keep NOS with the original polish that is really amazing.

I can't do that with watches but with SS rings I can lol

Anyone here got one?

Very cool

Looks like it’s pretty thick … how do you find it wears?

Very nice, Flavio! I might consider one of their steel rings some day.

Wears large, Brian. I can't deny. Took me a long time to get used to it but when I did I was hooked. I never liked any kind of jewelry but for some reason I always liked plain rings so I'm glad they have this one available.

Thanks my friend. I like the black leather bracelet but I know I'd probably never wear it.

When I think about it, I don't need to worry is it safe to wear these rings because it is safe everywhere, so I don't need insurance and I don't need to worry about value retention because they're pretty much worthless. I don't need to worry about pressure testing too. No need to worry if it starts losing 20 seconds a day out of nowhere and if warranty will take care of it or not and how long will it take to return. They won't come up with a plastic version for kids that look the same. I don't need to worry about scratches because once you wear them both polished and brushed sides become one single mass and I don't need to worry about service or take them to a ringmaker each and every five years to clean and regulate, so at the end of the day for my mental health this is probably the best product they ever made lol.
