Information regarding backside of dials
Hey guys,
I’m trying to learn why some dials have markings as if it were polished/grinded? Any technical enthusiast here willing to share some knowledge? Example found from google images |

The rivets that hold the indices in place are ground flat for a proper fit to the top of the movement.
