Submariner 16613

I need a bit of advice / Info if you guys can help? I have a 16613 T/T, M series, Is there a way i can identify the build month as far as i am aware it could be a 2007 or 2008 according to the serial.
Also is there any indicator that might tell me if it is the original Dial ie: a Serti dial or Blue I spoke to Rolex to check its authenticity and they thought it was Blue but the dealer (not an AD but watch specialist) said it was original unworn Serti as far as they were concerned and I wondered if there was a way to tell.
Is there such a thing as an half link to allow me to centralise the clasp, I have removed a link to try and acheive this and during the process lost the small tube that sits inside the link itself can anyone recommend a dealer/ place i can get one via the post in the UK at a sesnsible cost.
Finally having spoke to Service they told me they tend to bond the tube to the link when they carry out adjustments I know they do with the pin but have read nothing on the forum any thoughts?
thanks Alan
