Crown will not turn clockwise at position 1

Hello. Not sure if this is a known issue. My wife asked me to fix the date of her DJ36 (which is always my duty) because of Feb-Mar jump and suddenly, while at position 2 and jumping through the dates, I felt something popped and couldn't turn the crown clockwise anymore. I don't know what happened and thought maybe something just messed up so I screwed the crown back in. I used to have an Omega Seamaster 300 and it happened with that watch as well. All I needed to do is to screw the crown back to position 0 and unscrew again. Nothing bad happened basically. But this time, after putting it back to position 1, I couldn't manually wind the crown anymore, it's locked! But I can go to either position 2 and 3 and turn the crown as normal, set time or date. It's only position 1 that is affected right now and I don't want to force it as something might break. This is a 7 month old watch, got it from airport, so I am taking this to RSC. Just wondering if this is a known problem or if anyone experienced this.
