How does this look...
How does this dial look to you?
It's a late '77 5mil serial #.

How come the 200 is in front of the 600? Wasn't that only for the earlier models?

I would have a few issues with that watch
i.e. - the coronet looks off to me, 'SUBMARINER' should be above the depth rating for a '77 watch, the dial lume looks poorly applied, should be 660ft/200, might be just the photo's but I cannot see any 'T SWISS T' or 'SWISS T<25' at the 6 o'clock position etc...

If the watch is genuine it must have had a dial refinish, if the dial is original the watch isn't genuine IMO.
The Feet should precede the meters on the depth rating as meters before feet was only done on very early and now very collectable watches. The tritium would have been applied much better than that originally too. Just my 2 cents. Spark. |

The watch may be genuine and the dial has been refinished incorrectly. I have see genuine watches with original dials redone to whatever color customization the owner wanted.
