I just bought a Pre-owned Rolex 144270, I need to remove few link, what is the best practices remove the link? Front or end or center link? Why?

All of the removable links are the same. Typically you would start with removing one from the 6 o'clock side of the bracelet as that side is worn shorter than the 12 o'clock side.
