Sea Dweller 43 UK wait time

Does anyone have any recent UK examples of wait time on the 126600? They seem to be trading around retail and below grey for a model that’s a year or two hold. I have a modest purchase history and pretty decent relationship with my AD so I am keen to understand whether this is a case of the next one that comes in or asking the same question in another year…

Would be good to hear some recent data points

I got mine recently new from an AD. Took less than a month. My third purchase from them. Give some really positive vibes about your interest in the model to your AD, & I don’t think it will take long.

I feel fortunate I genuinely don’t like most of the hype watches, so get what I want pretty quickly.

The SD43 is a brilliant reference!

Cheers for the reply. That’s the kind of wait I can get behind. I’m hoping for a similar experience, let’s see.

That’s a fantastic photo and really shows the beauty of how the dial can shift from gloss to matte to an almost vintage brownish tone

No one can say for sure, but 3-6 months is the current wait time for the less “in demand” pieces. This is based off a recent conversation I had with my AD in the UK.

You’d get one of these pretty quickly. From what I see they’re trading way below list eg no money for the flippers, so allocation should not be long.

almost all Rolex models are selling below retail including the SD43, and given your relationship and purchase history you should be able to get the next one that comes in.

I was on the Rolex wait list for a sub no date and OP 41mm silver dial since 2018 with various ADs UK. I got an email from one asking me to pop in to revisit my choices. I tried on and feel in love with the SD43 didn't think a single red would be available. I added it to my choices one week later I got a call asking me if I wanted it. I jumped at the chance. I have had the watch around a month now and it's fantastic and I am really glad it worked out this way. I'd post a picture but I don't know how :-)

Wow nice! Hefty price tag but a hefty watch and piece of engineering.

Thanh Takuyah has a 2020 model in excellent condition posted up on his website right now for a reasonable listed price, maybe check it out?

Collected yesterday, very happy so far. Wears very well on my wrist. It’s 7.25 inches and I have quite muscular forearms and upper arms so seems the perfect fit for me.

Definitely had the pinch me moment when collecting given it’s my second Rolex (also have a DJ41). Can’t quite believe it all really
