Thirsty for a Rootbeer?
This is best watch in the two tone line up! I’m so in love with my Rootbeer, it’s getting all my wrist time! Pictures just can’t do this lovely lady justice! If you don’t have one yet, you’re missing out on the best GMT in the collection. I know, IMHO, to each their own.

I own one, and oddly enough, it’s my least favorite Rolex. I tried really hard to bond with it, but just can’t. It will eventually leave.

It's a clever combination of colours and to my eye look particularly good in TT. It was my first GMT Master. After three years I concluded that for all its depth and lustre, RG and I just don't meld so I moved it on. In terms of being the best looking Rolex TT I'd call it a dead heat between the TT CHNR and the 11/126613LB.

It’s a good looking watch that I get to see on a regular basis in my home, as my wife owns one. But honestly, when next to my Bluesy, the latter wins by a mile. Funny thing is she agrees.

I really wanted to like it, but every time I've tried one on, I find myself saying, "Meh." I am glad you love it though - it's a great feeling to bond with a watch in that way!

I was the opposite. I wasn't a fan then my wife had me try one on at my AD and I fell in love. Ended up picking it up a month later.

Each to their own as you say, but not one for me. Seen a few, tried one on, it does very little for me.
Not a fan of the GMT range anyway really. Except the ‘Zombie’ - now that is a total stunner! |

Yep beautiful watch and I really like mine, pictures dont capture the sparkle of the ever-rose finish on the various parts such as the hour markers, you really have to see it in person to appreciate

Stunning watch and a cut above the other GMT’s in my humble opinion.

I also think it’s the best two tone Rolex. Congrats

Cool watch and the original is really cool but for me, the 116613LB is the best looking two tone to own!

Love my CHNR - definitely my favorite watch. How do you like it on the leather band?

Yes, I have that too. Been in my stable for nearly 15 years now, but my CHNR has taken over. Sorry, the Rootbeer is my favorite! Everyone should have a drink! |
