Rolex Daytona case size differences between white gold and steel

As the title says - what are the differences say between a 116509 and a 116500?

As far as I can tell, the white gold just has symmetrical lugs.

I was looking at straps on the everest site:

https://www.everestbands.com/product...ic-116500-tang

It mentions it would fit SS daytonas, some specific PM daytonas but specifically not the WG ones (with or without the OF bracelet). Why is this?

on the 116 daytonas the SS had asymetrical lugs left vs right unlike the PM ones. 126 SS daytonas have the symetrical lug sizes. However I can't understand why they would list it for a yellow gold model and not the RG / WG. Weird.

On the 116s, the full bracelet YG and the TTs had asymmetrical lugs, along with the SS.

Can’t recall with the RG but maybe that was symmetrical too.

I believe it was for sure the WG and PT that had symmetrical lugs and all OF versions.

116500ln, 116508, 116503, 116513 all have the exact same case design.

That strap in your link comes with end links that won't fit any Oysterflex or alligator strap PM Daytona because they come with fixed end links secured by the bezel.

116509, 116506 and 116506 must have different springbar placement - they have a different endlnk design as well as symmetrical cases
