In the past Breitling would send a gift (hat, umbrella etc.) when one purchased a new watch from one of their AD's. Do they still do this?

In the past I had received a couple hats and a pen from the AD when I purchased my breitlings. I believe they still do this as a friend of mine recently purchased a breitling and received a hat from the AD.

In the past, I used to get chocolates when requesting for their catalog. Not anymore.

They used to send an item after you register the warranty. Not sure if they do anymore.

I've purchased a few Breitlings over the years and I have a few hats. I was told that they have a ladder system where you get a few hats and then you might get a nice pen, or knife etc and then maybe move up to a jacket and some higher value type items.

One time I got a hat and I already had the exact same one. I hate to be a pain but my AD is excellent and I asked them once if they could ask the rep to exchange it for another color. I tried very hard not to be a jerk and complain about my free gift. They were super cool about it. They swapped it for another color and threw in a nice pen.

I give all the credit to my local AD and salesperson as they are truly exceptional.

Questioned answered, I received another hat from Breitling USA over the weekend for the Navitimer I purchased back in January. They still send a gift when your watch is registered from an AD.

I’ve owned more then 10 Breitlings over a 20 year period and have received hats, pens, pocket knives, jacket, backpack & a shirt. All of Breitlings gifts are of exceptional quality (not that garbage from China with a logo slapped on it). I think my favorite gift was the backpack!
