First Breitling!

I’ve always been a Rolex guy along with a few vintage Tudors and a couple Omegas.
But when I saw a photo of this watch, as the saying goes, it sang to me. In doing my research, I gained an understanding and appreciation for what was going on with the dial and bezel.
All of my other watches have metal bracelets, so the straps are new to me. The photos show two different straps but I must say I’m a little more partial to the black one.
Anyway, here is my new (to me) 806 Navitimer.

Love it! I have an A23322 but that 806 is gorgeous.

Now all you have to do is figure out how to use that slide rule without a manual :)

Thanks for the kind comments.

I think I have figured out the slide rule, but unfortunately not on my own...

Nice!

I like the look with the brown strap, I think its more in keeping with the vintage vibe.

Both nice though...

I did try the slide rule functions - fun! Never would have figured it out without reading the instructions.

I had two new straps made for my 806. What do you think?
