What next? Give me some ideas...

It's time to move a few pieces and get something new.
Im not asking what to get rid of but what should I add???
I want to add something unique.
Id like something with ND ideally
I prefer bracelets in general.
My wrists are 6.8 in.

A couple things I am looking at:
Czapek,
Patek 5172 (not sure I can bring myself to spend that much),
Lange 1815 Chrono (but I think it will be too big for my wrists)
Rolex 228236 ice blue with baguettes (not likely)

Im not looking for something that is going to be a big premium over MSRP.

I really don’t think you can go wrong with the Lange 1815 Chrono… I’m a bit more partial to the Up/Down however

This is the 1815 I like but again I just think the lugs are long and thick.
The case is also very thick and puck like.

Since you do not have a manual chronograph I. Your collection. I would suggest either the 5172 or the Lange. I am biased to the 5172 as I own it. It feels more “classic” with the Calatrava case and syringe hands.

Either ones are good choices but beware that once you stared into the amazing manual chronograph movements, you may find your other pieces a lot less interesting.

I have a 7.5 in wrist and own the 1815 Chrono. I think that it would be fine for your wrist.

I also have a SS Santos and it's probably the most comfortable watch that I own. From an AD it comes with a 7 year warranty or buy used and save. The strap change system is great. I think that it's a bargain.

Yeah I bought the SS M Santos a couple months ago and wear it quite a bit.

May I suggest acquiring (via a trade of some of your lesser pieces plus cash) a new or pre-owned Patek Philippe 5270J (It’s perfect for your wrist size). Don’t let the $200K (new including tax) frighten you off from getting your first “Museum Piece”. You should be able to buy/trade for a pre-owned in the $125-150K range - and when you do wear it, you will feel like an A-List celebrity……

LOVE the 5270 but was thinking of starting my Patek venture with the 5172 (well I did have a nice old Calatrava but I sold it as it was too plain for me).
My issue with the 5270 is I really love the black dial but it only comes on the bracelet and you can't really put it on a strap as the pusher protrude between the lugs as they are meant to fit in the bracelet. Also I think the bracelet is a bit more bling than I want for something I plan on wearing a lot.

Also last night while going through my desk I found a RG BR01-92 Compass I bought off a friend who was getting divorced. I think I bought it about 8 years ago LOL. I also don't think I ever wore it, never was a B&R fan but did a buddy a favor.

You mention Czapek. I have a 38mm Quai de Bergues that I like a lot. I have the Antarctique as well, but I like the QdB better.

That being said, without hesitation I would do the 1815 Chrono. I have roughly the same size wrists and it fits me well. You dont have a Lange and they are just divine. Lange in general is a bit blocky. It is just part of their design language. I would skip the Santos and go directly here. Please note that I have a gold Santos, but I strongly prefer Lange and the 1815 chrono in particular. If only the Zeitwork was 39mm.

I am also looking into 1815 chrono and PP5172. I think 1815 chrono should be the right size and 5172 a bit large coming at 41MM.

Try the 1815 chrono on before buying. There are many people that feel it wears big and hockey-puck like.

The 5172 is thin and very wearable. Does not wear like a 41.

The 1815 is a fair bit smaller (and wears smaller) than the 5172.
