Option 1. Tudor BB58 Blue, Tudor 58 black and Explorer 1
Option 2. Explorer 1 and SubC Date Vote or comments appreciated! |

I’m betting you will end up with all three, which two do you want first? I will say it’s nice to have a tudor/non-rolex in the stable.

Between your presented options, SubC+Exp1.
But personally, I would do BB58 Blue and SubC. For a long time, I considered Exp1 with Sub. But for my own uses, I felt it would be too redundant. Again, just for me personally. The suggestion above of SubC with Exp2 Polar is also nice. (I have the Sub, BB58 Blue and Exp2 Polar, if that matters.) Either way, fun times, great watches. Good luck and let us know what you decide. |

I really like the Tudors, but love Rolex more. I'd get the 2 Rolex watches and add the BB58 Blue.

Ask the question if you're a Tudor guy... but of the 2, I'd go Blue. For me the BB58 Black is looking kinda dated (kinda yesterdays news) - the fake rivets are too much for me on either though.
Exp1 and swap the Sub for a Batman IMO. 2 Steel & black dials is a bit safe - add a little colour at least :) |

Sub C date and Explorer 1 white dial would be ideal. But a Rolex combo is the best option. Tudor BB58 blue dial is pretty good but Rolex is on another level I feel. Have the Sub C date from 3 years and I’m still mesmerised by it’s beauty whenever I put it on. It’s my occasional/weekend wear.

Sub Date plus Exp; pick up 49 later, at your leisure. To steal a credo, Non Multa Sed Multum. Interested in seeing the decision!!!

I’d pick the sub over most other watches!

I've been in the exact same place, and ended up with a sub and explorer, having given up the BB58's. Ultimately tool watch combo in my humble opnion.
I may add the gilt dial BB58 again in future, but in no rush. I found myself wanting to wear the rolexes whenever I had the Tudors on., |
