I see current model on Patek site with Caliber 26-330 S. I also see 2024 models for sale with Caliber 324 S.
When was this change made?

With the introduction of the 2024 novelties and updated 5396G reference in April.

Yes, April. I got mine in May with the newer caliber. I had requested it in March and they were briefly pulled from the web site so I thought it was being discontinued, but fortunately it reappeared in the new configuration.
