I looked at 14060M for the past year and the first link is more in line with what I have seen (between 7.5k and 10k). 12k+ is way overpriced for that model.

$12,875.00 for a Rolex 14060M Submariner No Date. No Way.
I paid under $9k for a two liner serviced by RSC in 2022 with all boxes, manuals, hangtags, calendar card, cloth, etc, in excellent condition. They are out there. Good luck to you.
