New Limited Edition coming 3/4
My AD just let me know that a new USA Limited Edition Super Ocean Heritage "Hulk" is coming out next Friday...only 250 will be made (although it sounds more like a Kermit).
Chronograph B01, green dial, black subdials, black bezel, on black rubber mesh. Sounds like it might be the chronomat bentley dial? Anywho, thought it sounded interesting, and y'all should know! |

This doesn't sounds any different than this limited edition of 500 they already made.

Here are the pics from the email that went out today:
I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan. I liked the green limited edition that was brought out awhile back but I don't see the need for a country specific model. A simple 3 hand green dial with matching ceramic bezel would have been a winner ni my book and at a more attractive price point. |

Seems like a lot for a watch with no bracelet option, too. Agree with a better choice would have been green bezel and dial.

I will say, the rubber mesh strap is extremely comfortable. I have both the blue for my Superocean Heritage Chrono and also the black version for my Chronomat Airborne. |

I like it. Undercover, not flashy but still pops enough for watch collectors to notice! Now, must say my green piece went the other direction, yellow gold fluted jubilee Wimbledon... but already have a SOH ;)

I ordered the stainless steel a few weeks back. When I saw the DLC coated one, I requested to have this one instead. Will post pics once I get it. Might be a while tho. Told me to wait and it's mine when it comes in.

I kind of like it. It's sporty and elegant at the same time. I could see James Bond completing a mission, stopping long enough to pull a sports jacket from his Jag and heading to a board meeting with it. It's a well rounded time piece IMOP.

Saw it today. Not for me but the dial was nice. Pretty thick and kinda clunky.
