Would much rather these kickstarter brands brought out something of their own than do these "homage" watches or whatever you want to call them. There are plenty of these small brands out there who do things a bit different and good luck to those who do.

How is this a violation? The OP was posted on the non-Rolex forum. Don't like homage watches, don't buy one. I assume 'replica' means a fake with 'Rolex' falsely on it.
