Does this Navitimer World look legit?

Hey guys someone is offering this Navi World although I am not certain of authenticity. Can someone with more knowledge than myself chime in? There is a known issue with the top chrono pusher but aside from requiring a service does it look authentic?

Thanks!!!

Is that gold? If it is then I would have some concerns about the bracelet. I think gold breitling bracelets are sort of "open" on the back.

Hard to say. Do the chrono functions actually work? Many fake chronos are actually calender movements and pushing the buttons makes the hands move forward incrementally. Would be great to see the movement.

It may be the pic, but the date looks uncentered to me. I am far too paranoid to buy a watch I’m not 100percent certain of. Perhaps do a face to face transaction at a shop and have it verified. If the chrono button broken, it makes me wonder about other internal parts. It’s likely a full service so that will be 600-800 on top of what you will be paying.

Pusher means full service. Also unknown debris at 7:00 (35). Does not look like watch "stuff", so you have to wonder how it got in .
