If you can front the CHNR, why not?
I am sure there are plenty here on the forum who will take it off your hands for msrp.

Win-Win

Good luck!

I take back my words OP.
Was under the impression the CHNR was the Two Tone
Pass on the full gold bundle!

Just shows how much I really know about the newer models

Do you want both watches and can you afford them? Those should be your only questions.

Not unless you’d actually want the CHNR.

Can you afford both? Pull the trigger on the bundle.
Do you only want one of them? Sell the other next week.

The only issue now would be how are you going to physically pick it up? Does your AD have a drive-thru like McD, or are they gonna toss the box through your sunroof as you slowly drive past?

This is reckless advice. In the current climate, you will loose 10k selling the full gold root beer in the secondary market.

100% do it, at least they're not making you bundle it with a Cellini or a Pearlmaster!

If you really want, sell the CHNR and you'll basically get the Daytona at a discounted price once you recoup your money...

It's a no brainer!
Take the deal my friend.
Even if u don't want the chnr you could sell it to a forum member within an hour,
Stay safe.
Ps. That's the best bundle deal I've ever heard of!

You honestly think a stranger could sell a $38k watch within an hour here on TRF? He isn’t a trusted seller, and how many people are that quick to send $38k to a new seller?

2 beautiful watches, likely a purchase I’d make.

I’d be hesitant to flip one of them due to risk of the AD getting reprimanded from Rolex, but then again they’re making you bundle which isn’t exactly the most ethical practice on their part (IMO).

So, do it!

Guys. He’s talking about the 126715 full gold CHNR. I doubt he could sell it within a hour. Having potentially no selling history in the forums, it could be a very tough sell for him. Trying to get $38k and as a new seller.

Good point. If the OP doesn't want to keep the CHNR, I'd say pass on the bundle. Especially in this economic climate, might be hard to sell without loosing your shirt...

From a value perspective, this absolutely makes sense.

But I would ask yourself, do you really want the CHNR? It's not exactly an unloved piece, I would be surprised if you're getting offered this package and couldn't get the Daytona on it's own... but maybe the AD just needs money in the door.

So you will be paying a 30k+ premium for the Daytona. Why not just buy grey then?

The full rose gold GMT is now at or below MSRP used. You will lose money if you try to sell that piece. Only do the deal if you want both pieces. As the Daytona prices are softening might make sense just to buy an unworn used one and not be out the 38K for the GMT.

That is a no brainer, you could easily unload the CHNR, even if you just went for MSRP to quickly get it sold.

You'll likely lose on the full gold watch no matter what these guys are telling you. Line up a deal with gray in advance before you do it so you know how upside down you're going to be.

What's the list price of the GMT, 42k USD? You'll likely lose 10-12k on it if a grey buys it from you?
