That would be for Rolex to decide. I doubt the style or design of the watch is patented in the USA or elsewhere in the world. I do not see any violation of the Lanham Act (USA).

I have been trying to sell an iPhone on Ebay for the last week, yet every 'Buy-It-Now' buyer has turned out to be a suspious bidder! Ebay is not what it was anymore!!!
Not only that, but my account was blocked twice by Ebay, asking me to provide further details, even though I had!!! |
