Here in Indonesia, they always opened "one" location almost every month...

They've saturated a lot of markets. Quantity of stores is not equal to revenue.

Near my office, which is in a normal suburb of DC, we have at least 3 or 4 Starbucks within a 5 minute drive, plus the Starbucks machine serving free coffee in the break room at my company. There's one in Target, there's one in the parking lot of Target, there's one in the next strip mall up the road, and the next one after that.

BTW - nice watch, although I can't really see it in this picture. Maybe I'll have to cruise by a mag shop soon. I've never really thought of a MilSub as the ultimate 'cycling watch'...but love the idea he uses it in all environments.

We grind our own at home each morning. No floofy flavores just good columbian beans, filter water and sweet and low for me.

1) I don't get the Starbucks downturn, b/c every one in L.A. has a line of people in it waiting to buy coffee.

2) I wish I could see the mil sub on that putz's wrist!

Go check out the magazine at a store, but do it quickly. The August issue is out there now.

You'll also note in the photo of him and his son at a Sonics game, the son is wearing a nice Pepsi GMT. In some of the shots Schultz has his milsub under the sleeve of his bike shirt.

I drink it. I've had better coffee, but it's pretty darned good for free work coffee.

Ahhh, glad you liked it. I've tried many over the years, but I keep coming back to Peets Major D's and always make sure to have at least 2 bags in the house at all times. Drinking some now as I type...love it!

I can't see it in the photo as it's too small, but it is pretty amazing that he would have a military sub when cycling
