Is it available individually or do you have to buy a blister pack of twelve?

First of all, great user name. Second, epic comment. Fortunately I can help with this. Rolex watches do not come in blister packs, they are packed loosely into giant feed bags. You need a store clerk to get the lift to get it off the top shelf above the plasma TVs.

There is no pack of twelve.

They do sell a Costco luxury watch bundle- it's a random PM Rolex, a SS Omega Speedmaster, and 5 Invicitas.

And why ever not I am sure that any watch will not care where its sold, and any watch is just a retail commodity just like any other retail commodity that can be bought over any counter just like a loaf of bread..

Costco here always carries Rolexes. I imagine it'd be like buying from grey since they're not AD.

How would this work? Forgive my naïveté, but if they're not an AD, then from whence does the stock come?

They've revised their policy since people abused it so much. Now electronics are returnable within 90 days. I imagine they'd do the same for other high ticket items. It's also noted that if the product is altered in anyway (if you resize a bracelet, for example) then they can refuse it at their discretion.

Same as any grey. IIRC, a few years back Omega sued them (Costco) and lost. This topic has been discussed a few times.

- Rolex at Costco in the USA
- Rolex at Costco?
- Walked into Costco ready to buy dinner and almost walked out with TT Sub
- What I came across at costco
- another Rolex at Costco

one could easily spend $100 grand at Costco, they had diamond rings at mine that were $50k+, they sell cars, I haven't seen Rolex at mine, but they always have Breitlings and Omegas.

It's been on here before (Rolexes at Costco). I'd be more interested in $2200 Black Bays at Costco.

Our Costco in Scottsdale usually has one or two on hand amongst the Breitlings and Invictas. Last time I was there they had a YMII. Our is a test store for the state and you just never know what's going to show up there!

Similar to Japan where there is a chain called Bic Camera. Lots of new Rolexes. No BLNRs though dammit!

My guess is that AD's sell to Costco their slow movers, just as they do to other grey dealers.

As for whether I'd buy there, why not if the price is right? No one is going to know where the watch on your wrist came from.

Sweet. Haven't seen any Rolex watches at my local Costco. Best watch seen was one panerai.

Rolexes appear at Costco all the time. Although that is a beautiful one for certain. Regarding Costco reselling watches this article on their discussions with Omega is interesting.

I would just feel like the emperor of Douche Bags buying a $36,000 watch from a salesperson who is working 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for $5.75 an hour. Some hard working soul who walks 3 miles to the bus stop and then takes a 90 minute bus ride to work just so that he/she can pay for school supplies for his/her kids while also putting a new roof on a relative's house in some troubled failed banana republic. My DB conscience is sort of ok with handing that much money over to an AD though.

I don't know any Costco employee in that situation. Most really like the company and their jobs. Nice fantasy however. The average employee pay is over $20 an hour. Their CEO has gone on record pushing for an increase to the minimum wage.

Even the percentage I get back on Amex wouldn't help. Oh wait, maybe it would.
