Domino's logo on Rolexes: A list of all variants

I figured it was about time somebody coherently organized all the variants of the Domino's Air-King (and the other Domino's Rolexes as well). The year ranges are general estimates, not exact hard-stop timeframes. Please let me know if any of this info is wrong or incomplete! All photos from Bob's Watches unless otherwise noted.

1974: The first known Domino's Air-King appears. This 5500 is believed to be a one-off prototype, and went for about $20k at auction several years ago (Photo from bidsquare):

1975-1989: The 5500 Air-King was made for well over a decade with what I'll call the "Big Square" Domino's logo:

1990: 14000 model debuts, keeping the familiar "Big Square" briefly:

1991: 14000 model with a rare "Black Square" variation:

1992-1994: 14000 model with "Small Square" appears (photo by Awad Watches):

1995-1999: 14000 model now has a "Tilted Square" logo similar to prototype:

1995-1999: 14010 model, same as above but with engine-turned bezel option:

2000-2004: 14000m. Upgraded movement, no more lugholes, and Rolex began switchin to Luminova around this time. Other than that, this 14000m is visually pretty much the same as the 14000 before it:

They may have stopped offering the engine-turned bezel for a while, as I've never seen a 14010m with a Domino's dial.

2005-2006: No more Domino's dials! The Domino's logo has now moved to the first full link of the bracelet of the 14000m:

2005-2006: 14010m, same as above but with engine-turned bezel option (photo by Beckertime):

2007: 114200 model debuts. Domino's Air-Kings now have a silver 3-6-9 dial, and the Domino's logo still on the first full link of the bracelet:

2008-2011: 114200 with what I'll call a "simplified logo" with no words. Also note it has moved down to the 2nd full link:

2008-2011: It seems the Domino's 114200 was also offered with the full logo, now on the 2nd full link:

2012-2015: Domino's seems to have started giving out 116000 models for the "Domino's Challenge" instead of 114200 models:

2015+: Domino's Rolexes now have the newer style of silver dial:

Domino's logo dials also appeared on ladies' models 67194, 67180, and 76080:

All Domino's Rolexes should have an engraved caseback that looks like this:

If you have the paperwork, the purchaser should be "Domino's Pizza" as shown here (photo by exquisitewatches):

Great work, Rob. Thanks for putting all this together

I couldn't afford the Domino's Rolex so I dropped $40 on a Mopar Caravelle

You have a NOS Domino's Air-King? That's great! Is it the "tilted square" logo?

The New York Post has a pretty good article that mentions they were for "managers who rake in $25,000 in weekly sales for four consecutive weeks." This is called the "Domino's Challenge" and I believe the dollar goal is significantly higher now.

Really cool. Air King’s are certainly on the small side, kinda like a Dominos pizza!

Great report and seldom see this reference. I have NOS Domino air king and I think the reference is 14000 with smooth bezel. It has exact domino paper works as stated.

Very nice write up. Thanks!
Were these given as corporate gifts, to store owners, regional reps, etc, or?
What's the back story on them? I've often wondered.

I never liked the Domino Watch, I have had one pre-owned to sell at one time years ago and it sat forever. Now it would sell quick. It has a place I guess for collectors, I just can't get into it.

Ten years of accident-free grocery delivery for Winn-Dixie was clearly considered a major achievement at one time.

Agree over the many years of Rolex there have been quite a few award watches even brands like Coco-Cola.But today many narrow minded so called Rolex watch owners just see the word Domino lowers the brand. But if they had to achieve what that Domino employee had to do to earn that Rolex watch perhaps then it would be a different story.

GM's had to hit a 25k sales goal for 4 consecutive weeks I believe. Over time the goal raised to 50k/week iirc

When Dominos opened in the UK, the story was that for each restaurant opened, the first time weekly sales hit $15k, the shop manager receives a Rolex watch.
As mentioned, those targets may have gone up with inflation: I don't mind, I got mine in 1995 (with my initials on the back) .
Hardly wear it, but when I do, beats any other Rolex watch for looks and the story behind it.
