Reconnecting with DavidSW
For those who value clean pieces, simple transactions and reliable service, it’s still reassuring to work with DavidSW. Since meeting him more than 10 years ago, I haven’t been one of his biggest or most frequent customers, but his team treats me with respect.
In this age of internet transactions, I still value the chance to sit down face-to-face. After not having done any buying or selling with anyone in several years, I recently set up an appointment at David’s Orlando store, where I had a lengthy sit-down with Krista Catalan. As we went over the watches I had brought in, she listened patiently to my watch tastes and financial needs/concerns before helping me reach the best decision for me at this particular time. I would be confident working with her over the internet in the future as I may be relocating outside of David’s immediate territory. At my advanced age, I am not into getting my name placed on AD waiting lists or buying items I do not need or want in order to earn a chance to buy the ones I do want. I’d rather pay the premium and buy from David. Just my two cents’. |

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's great to hear that DavidSW and Krista Catalan provided such excellent service. It's always reassuring to have a trusted place for buying and selling watches, especially with the personal touch of face-to-face meetings. Sounds like a solid approach to avoid the AD waiting game and get exactly what you want. Cheers to many more smooth transactions!
