A brilliant jewel in the black velvet sky - INCOMING!
Is it a giant leap from the watch worn on Buzz's wrist? Or just a small step? Either way they new white dial Moonwatch has arrived, and it's beautiful.
Picked this baby up yesterday unsized and still stickered from a trusted seller. The asking price was less than $250 over what I would have paid brand new at an AD, so I couldn't say no. The white dial is absolutely striking. It's amazing the difference it makes when you first lay eyes on it. The white is so bright and crisp. And that little touch of red makes a HUGE difference along with the applied indices. Basically, this new dial puts a modern twist on one of the most classic and revered watches of all time. And the new bracelet is just so advanced over the old one. Night and day difference. It has a sports watch with a touch of elegance feel to it. I'm really happy with it. Waiting on a screwdriver to arrive from Amazon so I can size it (hopefully). It's painful to have a new watch and not be able to wear it. Here are a few pics on my wrist unsized. Hard to capture the brightness of the white dial, but this light is the closest I could get. I would say if you are unsure about ordering this watch sight unseen, go for it. You won't be disappointed. |

BIG congratulations Mike
I wears beautifully on the bracelet and the micro adjust (although a bit small) does come in handy, (I sized mine a bit larger than normal to compensate for that). I hope you enjoy it, it’s a real beauty indeed |

I hope to get it where it feels perfect or slightly on the tighter side when the micro adjustment is closed. That way I'll have it available for those hot humid days when the wrist swells. |

I think you’re really going to love it The bracelet is super comfortable, similar to a jubilee / president. I did not size mine but I live about an hour from their Canadian service center I’ve heard it’s tricky as they use screw caps with a pin system … if that makes sense. I think there’s a thread about it somewhere here. The micro adjust is only about 1/2 a link and since my wrist swells up a fair bit, I sized it a tough looser than normal. Hope that helps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks!
Thanks. Yeah I was sitting next to our slider and it was overcast here this morning. Cloudy bright indirect lighting tends to make for nice clear photos. |

Congratulations. A beautiful watch and one of my favorites. Sizing the bracelet can at best be described as challenging. I have been at it for years and still have a somewhat difficult time with the right tools. I would find a watch shop that will do it for you even if they charge you a bit. I would also make sure they were confident that they complete this sizing without damaging the watch. Once right though the bracelet is great. Enjoy.

Congrats buddy! A great piece that has been dominating my wrist much. The bracelet has super sharp edges so I enjoy mine aesthetically and more comfortably on the rubber strap.
Enjoy in fun and good health |

Well @brandrea and @fskywalker I was able to resize the bracelet. It wasn't all that hard, but those are the tiniest screws I've seen in my life. If I can do it with my aging eyes, anyone can. Just need a good set of readers, the correct screwdriver, tweezers, and a lot of light.
Fits well and so far very comfortable on the bracelet. This bracelet is soooo much better than the old one. |

Huge congrats Mike! Looks great on you! Am on vacations (LA / Sedona - Grand Canyon) and only brought my black 3861 (on moon crater rubber), loving it so definitely you should try to add that band next ! Saw the white one on my local Boutique before buying mine used, really great looking. Am good for now with just one Speedy, if would add one more that would be a solid candidate! Having the right screwdriver makes the job easy. I have a set of Bergeon screwdrivers but did not have the 1.8 MM size so ordered one from Esslinger: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
