Icon8 Fake strap from a dealer?

A friend of mine bought himself his first Rolex off eBay from a 'dealer' a few days ago and asked me to take a look at it and see what I think. I straight away felt like something wasn't right with the bracelet, as did my dad when I showed it to him. We both said it felt cheap and the markings didn't look like what we'd expect. The watch is a 1971 datejust according to the 'dealer'. Endlinks are 455b which I know is commonly fake as well as the strap (6248-19) being common too.
What do you think? I've compared it with my own bracelet and it look so different. Apologies for the poor photos, had to keep making them smaller in order to upload them.
Thanks

Thanks, what makes you think it is, so that I have something to say to the seller?

Everything about it. The stampings are off, the engravings are off, the coronet is off, the clasp codes are wrong.

The scrolls next to the coronet on the clasp blades are both at the bottom. The left hand scroll should be at the bottom, the right hand scroll should be at the top. I’ve added comparison pics as my explanation isn’t great.

Thank you, thats perfect. Theres a lot of discrepancies that i’d already seen but never knew that one, that pretty much confirms it. Thanks for taking the time to do that, much appreciated.

. . .
455b end links would indicate a 20mm TT watch bracelet. 6248-19 is a 19mm SS number.
