Rolex Perpetual Oyster 6332

Hi this is my first post here,

I have begun a self restoration journey on the above watch with a caliber 1030. However I don't see the part it has on other watches of its period.
It may be the 'reversing wheel mounted with clicks' #7018 and it seem to be the main connection between the main barrel and the perpetual works.

My part image attached look slightly different to the one in the 1030 parts list I found, item 7018. Does anyone know where I might begin looking for this (unusual?) part.
