New beater for the summer
This just arrived the other day.
It took me some time to like this watch when Rolex released this last year, but now I'm totally in love. I have tried to give you the impression of how the dials colors play in the different light-settings, but my poor photoskills does not do this cobolt blue and sunburst dial any justice. The titanium bezel with the high-polished numerals is a pretty sight. Some say they don't like the red details on the dial, but to me the red second hand and the YM-letters really makes the difference. Oh, did I mention that I don't like cyclops? Well, I have changed my mind about that ... The new case, the bracelet with the new and improved lock and the polished middle links are other details I have learned to appreciate with this wathc. The reference number is 116622. Thanks for watching |

Looks great, the dial seems to go from blue to blue - grey to almost black. Congratulations!

It doesn't seem to be a way to edit the posts here, so let us hope I don't mislead to many people in here. Fat chance And yes, it's a beater. Some call it the Captain's Sub I've been told, and the Sub is a sports- and toolwatch, isn't it. |
