First off, it's a pleasure being here.

I've no doubt I'm the only one who's spotted this, but I have a couple questions about it:
1. What would create the "reddish" colorization on the hands, and why isn't it visible from other angles (see photos)?

2. Wouldn't a 164xxxx serial number date this a few years before 1967?

I'm gonna say its light refraction and not the hand colour
