Tudor Submariner 9411

First of all I would like to say hello as this is my first post!

Secondly, I would like to ask your opinion on this ebay auction that I JUST passed up on at the very last second.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-RARE...vip=true&rt=nc

Do you think that it was worth the price that it went for at the end? I was a little worried about the condition, but thought that I might have been able to put a little money in it and have it restored to make it a nice daily wearer. Any opinions?

IMHO I'd pass at any price. The photos are terrible the hand and insert don't look right. Just my opinion.

Agreed. At the 35 min mark, it looks like either the crystal is damaged or the interior part of the case. Crown looks weird too.

There is something squirrelly about this watch. Run Away! Oh, you did. Well done. Carry on.

That sold for 1875 too much. A complete fake IMO.

Horrible I was watching that watch just to c a shlub bid in the last second to overbid. Guess what last second it happened. Saved the previous bidder alot of pain and anguish in my opinion.
