16710 GMT super jubilee advice

Sorry in advance, My youngest bought a GMT 16710 with SELs and no pin hole case. That naughty Dan Pierce with his pictures off a GMT on a JUbilee , he needs to replicate the look.

The question is can it be done with a super jubilee on a non pin hole case.

My concern is have I read you can't get the pins out once fitted.

Or can it be done with them shouldered pins and I am worrying about nothing ?

What I don't want to do is fit the jubilee and not be able to swap back to the oyster

The standard 62510 jubilee with 502T endlinks works with cases without lug holes. These endlinks have cut-outs on the back that allow you to remove the bracelet. On the contrary, the earlier 502B endlinks do not have these cut-outs and can only be used with lug holes cases. If you put the 502B in a no-holes case, like yours, you will not be able to remove the bracelet without hurting your case or the endlinks.

The standard jubilee is a factory option for the GMT. As far as I know, the super jubilee is not. So you will need to source your own 502T endlinks, like these:

Only detail I am not 100% sure about is whether you will also need different springbars, exactly because the last link before the endlink in the super jubilee cannot accommodate the standard GMT springbars. (On the standard 62510 jubilee, this is indicated by a "50" stamp on the last link before the endlink).
